Scouts: I need at least 8 and up to 12 Scouts to take part in a fun event, where Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts have a cultural exchange with Japanese students! It will be held at the Fairlington Community Center on Tuesday, August 1st, 4PM to 8PM; dinner is included.
You'll talk and exchange presents with the Japanese students as part of a six-year program sponsored by the Newspaper Distributor's Association, that has students learning about American culture and global issues through journalism. There will be icebreaker discussions and exchanges of presents too!
If you can participate, please sign up via the online form by July 15th.
