Friends Of Scouting Campaign, Spring 2017

Thank you to the families who have supported Friends of Scouting (FOS) in the past. Last year, Troop 149's Friends of Scouting campaign raised $8690 with almost all families participating. Friends of Scouting is an annual fundraiser for the National Capital Area Council. All funds raised go to the NCAC and are primarily used to support Boy Scout programs in our area.

This year, our troop's goal is to have all families participate in this worthwhile fundraiser. No donation is too large or too small; you may donate $2.00 or $200.00 or $2000.00.  Your donation will go to the National Capital Area Council BSA and is entirely tax deductible.

You will be receiving a Friends of Scouting Donation Envelope in the mail and a Donation Box will be available at each Monday Troop Meeting. Please send in your contribution with your scout to drop in the box at a Monday meeting or mail it to us at the address below. Your donation will be confirmed by email.
