Ski Trip : Monday Feb 16th (note date change!)

Event: Day of skiing and snowboarding on the slopes of Whitetail Mountain Resort.

Where: Whitetail Mountain Resort, 13805 Blairs Valley Rd., Mercersburg, PA 17236, 717.328.9400

When: Depart from the church at 6am, Mon. Feb 16, Ski 8-4pm, Arrive back at Arlington 6:30pm.

Details: Ski Packages below (assuming we have a group of 15 or more)

1. All mountain ski/snowboard for intermediate/advanced skiers/snowboarders only, $94. This package is designed for the skier or snowboarder who is comfortable on all terrain. This package includes a lift ticket that is valid on all open terrain, rental equipment (includes helmet), and a group lesson. 

2. EZ Package for beginners, $81.00. Includes lift, lesson and rental. EZ package includes all of the green and bunny slopes only. No intermediate or advanced slopes. Anyone who purchases this package and completes the first-timer lesson, may be eligible to purchase the Mountain Passport for only $49.00. Please send you scout with the extra money if you believe he may want to upgrade after learning to ski/snowboard.

3. Lift Tickets Only, $64.00

4. Helmets are required of all scouts while skiing. Helmets rent for $10.00.

Food: Pack a snack for the morning drive.

Lunch – Meal Tickets are available for an additional $10.00.

Options include:

Chef's choice meal with a fountain drink

Deli sandwich or 1/2 sandwich and soup (includes Panini's), fries and fountain drink

Cheeseburger or hot dog meal with fries and a fountain drink

Personal pizza meal with fries and a fountain drink

Chicken fingers with fries and a fountain drink

We will stop for Scottish dinner (McDonalds) or similar on the way back, so bring $$ for that as well.
